A little about me:
I grew up in Badger, and graduated from Badger School in 1996. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Bemidji State University with licenses in K-12 Vocal Music Education, and K-6 Elementary Education with an emphasis in grades 5-8 Communication, Arts, and Literature. I am starting my 23rd year in education, 22 years in teaching and 1 year as a high school para/sub.
My husband, Dan, works at Badger School as well and is the Superintendent/Principal. Our two children are in grades 7 and 12 at Badger School. We have two very wild and crazy dogs that keep us busy and on our toes. Lucky, our Huskador (Husky/Lab), is 8 years old; and Luna, our German Sheprador (German Shepherd/Lab), is 3 years old. We live in the town of Badger and are very active in the community.
I have worked at Badger School in the past as a high school para/sub, taught Elementary Music and Choir, and was the 5th grade classroom teacher for a year. I am currently teaching grades K,1,4,5,6, and Choir. I am excited and looking forward to creating some amazing music this year with the students at Badger School!
