    Transportation Director

    Position Available: Transportation Director

    Hours: Full Time/Annual

    The Badger School District is seeking application for a full-time Transportation Director

    General Job Description includes:

    • Must be student centered and cooperatively work with all district staff, families, drivers and students in a professional and respectful manner
    • Supervise/manage the transportation department
    • Maintain proper maintenance on all school district vehicles
    • Assign bus route and extracurricular drivers, secure substitute drivers as needed
    • Conduct and record preventive maintenance data as well as other transportation records
    • Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Prepare district vehicles for DOT inspections
    • Provide and track required transportation training for all employees
    • Must possess or be able to obtain CDL with school bus and passenger endorsements
    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, physical examination, and chemical/drug testing
    • Present himself/herself professionally at all times

    One Act Play Director




    What/How/Why: A play that has only one act, distinctly different from plays that occur over

      several acts. A one act play may consist of one or more scenes. 35-minute time limit.


    When:  Nov. 15: (by no later than Nov. 15) sign up and organizational meeting(s) completed

                Dec. 1: Sub-Section deadline for registration sign-up and payment

                Jan. TBA: Dress rehearsal performance(s) at Badger (recommended but not required)

                Jan. 25: Sub-Section 32 at Lake of the Woods Baudette ~ 10:00am

                Feb. 1: Section 8A at Crookston ~ 10:00am

                Feb. 6: State Class A at St. Paul ~ Registration by 8:30am, Sect 8a performs at 2:15pm


    Where: Practices at Badger School (or other approved designated area)


    Compensation:  Per Schedule E in the Badger Education Association Master Agreement


    Hours:  To be mutually agreed upon; practices may be held before school, after school on days when school is in-session, some non-instructional days, Saturdays or any combination thereof with the schedule of practices approved through Assistant Activities Director.
