Daddy Daughter Dance
Friday, February 22, 2019
6:30-8:00pm
Badger School Cafeteria
Dear Parent,
The Badger Family, Career, & Community Leaders of America Chapter (FCCLA), will be hosting their annual Daddy/Daughter Dance on Friday, February 22, 2019 from 6:30pm-8:00pm in the Badger School cafeteria. We chose this date due to the 5th and 6th grade ski trip. The cost will be $5 and refreshments will be available. We will provide fun music for kids of all ages to create an evening to remember for all. There will be no dress code, however all princesses are encouraged to attendJ
Studies have shown that fathers provide examples of how to relate to the opposite sex. Fathers show their daughters that their feelings count from a male perspective, and give their daughters praise and admiration to help grow confidence. We also know that the first love of a female is her dad. The importance of this relationship is immeasurable because it can help give her the trust and confidence in herself to make good choices later on in her life.
Please consider having your daughter attend our dance with the man in her life. Maybe it’s her grandpa, a special friend, an uncle, or a male who has made a difference in her life. We look forward to doing the hokey pokey, the chicken dance, and more with your daughter on Friday, February 6, 2015.
If you have any questions, please contact the school at 528-3201.
Thank you,
Badger FCCLA
